I should be able to take off fields of a customer invoice right before emailing it to them

Meaning, the same settings we have by setting up a printout, I should have these fields before emailing an invoice that I would need to select or unselect before hitting the email buttom

Control what Pricerule is shown on printout.

We need new Field ShowOnPrintout on PriceRule & if not visible hide from printout #ShowDiscountSummery
